As Service Manager you are responsible end to end for Red Bull’s global Server & Cloud Security services. You define and manage operations in close collaboration with our managed service providers, internal stakeholders and vendors. It is your responsibility to continuously enhance and evolve security services across server and cloud environments by driving innovative concepts and projects to improve service performance, resilience and operational efficiency.
SECURITY GOVERNANCEIn this role you define and continuously improve security concepts, architectures and processes for server and cloud environments, including system hardening, identity and access management, and cloud security controls. You manage and develop server and cloud security controls and endpoint protection solutions across Windows and Linux environments. You establish and enforce security standards and ensure their consistent implementation across global, regional and local IT teams.
SECURITY TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENTTo ensure security, you select, provide, and continuously optimize tools that deliver the greatest value for Red Bull across server- and multi-cloud environments. These include solutions for cloud security posture management with a strong focus on further developing and maturing cloud security capabilities. You ensure that the tool landscape is aligned with security standards and enables scalable, efficient and integrated security operations.
STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATIONAs Service Manager you regularly engage with global stakeholders to align on initiatives and projects. You work collaboratively to identify and address pain points, potential threats, and future demands, ensuring alignment with Red Bulls long-term objectives.
Based on our managed services approach a strong collaboration with our operations partners and vendors is key. You ensure that operations partners deliver the defined services at the expected level of quality. By collaborating closely, you build and maintain relationships with operations partners to set up long term goals and achieve success together.
PARTNER MANAGEMENTYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience Good communication skills in English (German is a plus) At least 3 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on server and cloud security environments Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP) and related security concepts is mandatory A good understanding of process management paired with proven project management skills (ITIL knowledge is beneficial) Stakeholder or customer management experience in a cross functional environment is a plus Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and cooperation skills Performance- and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on responsibility and drive issues forward

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
