You will continuously enhance training materials and develop supporting content such as guides and tutorials. In addition, you will ensure that all S&OP process and system documentation remains accurate, complete, and up to date, enabling consistency and transparency across the organization.
MARKET PLANNING SUPPORT & COMMUNITY ENABLEMENT
You will act as a key point of contact for local planners, providing second-level support and ensuring the quality and consistency of global planning outputs. You will actively foster collaboration within the global S&OP community by organizing knowledge-sharing sessions and contributing as a subject matter expert. You will also create and distribute relevant updates, guidelines, and instructions via internal platforms, while monitoring and evaluating market performance through the global S&OP scorecard.
You will ensure the stability and quality of the SAP IBP system by managing system issues, coordinating with IT, and validating fixes through structured testing. You will identify and prioritize system enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business requirements, driving continuous improvement of the planning landscape. In collaboration with stakeholders, you will track implementation progress and ensure the system reflects the latest supply network design to maintain accurate and transparent planning results.
SAP IBP GOVERNANCE & SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION
